Interview and Feedback
I have find three interview to help me test out my high-fidelity app. and three of the interview is using Zoom for record their use. during the video i will provide them three scenario and then will give me a feedback.- Book a car
- When facing problem, after read FAQ didn't get to find out the problem so use the live chat to ask the customer service.
- Redeem some point to do some reward system
Summary for the video:
Interview 1:
Feeling easy to use, the ads appear intuitive.
The car detail is clear, and the location provided is nice.
It's pretty good which can doing a live chat support in app
It feels nice to have a dedicated place for a reward, very interesting that there is membership for more discount. Its attract me and make me feel like will try to spend more to get the second voucher
Interview 2:
Overall is smooth
The part for FAQ and help center is nice
Reward part can add more effect if can to show more obvious
Interview 3:
For the booking car part the flow is very smooth and the big picture and colour style is pretty nice compared to the old one.
The help center help directly, pretty like the new addition
It's better to keep on using this app for the point, compare to the other car booking app.
